Posted by Kondel Geoff on 1/14/2020

    Hello HVES Families!

I hope everyone had the opportunity to enjoy some of the spring-like weather this weekend!  All of our students are back into the swing of things after the extra long holiday break. It’s wonderful to see them all ready to learn each day!

Here are some notes and reminders about upcoming events and dates to add to your calendars.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.

    Safety Notes:

    • If you are parked in the back parking lots near where our busses load in the afternoon, please be sure to wait until the busses leave before pulling out of the parking lot.  There is a lot of activity in this area in the afternoon and this will help to ensure the safety of our students as they get on their busses to go home.

    • Students go outside for recess unless the “feels like” temperature is 20 degress or below.   Please be sure your child comes prepared with a coat, boots, snow pants, hat and gloves or mittens. If you do not have access to appropriate winter gear for your child, please let myself or Jen Renzi know.

    • Sign ups for the PTG’s Talent Show are open and space is limited!  Use this link to sign up and get more information! https://www.signupgenius.com/go/8050a49a8af2ba5f49-hves1
